Trim details include aluminum-wrapped fascia, rakes, and casings in white, plus new corner posts, starter strips, J-channel, and undersill trim. Existing black shutters will be reinstalled for continuity. Daily site clean-up, a final walkthrough, and a 5-Year workmanship warranty from Mighty Dog Roofing will ensure both quality and peace of mind. The siding itself carries a lifetime CertainTeed warranty. Roof Repair & Chimney Cap Sealing Roof work includes removing a selected section of asphalt shingles, securing the decking, and installing underlayment before blending in replacement shingles. A new lifetime vent pipe boot will be installed, ensuring a watertight seal around penetrations. The chimney cap will be resealed by cleaning and applying high-temperature exterior-grade caulking, protecting against future leaks.
