Permits and Compliance Obtain required permits for demolition/removal Coordinate with local city, county, and ADOH regulations Ensure compliance for new home installation 3. Existing Mobile Home Removal Disconnect all utilities Electrical Water and sewer Gas (if applicable) Remove skirting, awnings, additions, and attachments Deinstall and prepare home for removal Demolish or transport off site (based on project scope) Dispose of debris and clean site 4. Site Preparation for New Home Clear and grade lot Remove or replace old pad if needed Install new pad (dirt, gravel, or concrete) Ensure proper drainage and compaction Verify utility stub-outs are properly located and up to code 5. Delivery Coordination Schedule delivery of new manufactured home Ensure site is ready and accessible Coordinate placement logistics 6. New Home Installation Position home on site Install blocking and leveling system Assemble multi section home (if applicable) Seal marriage line and exterior seams 7. Anchoring and Tie Downs Install anchors per Arizona requirements Secure tie down system Ensure wind zone compliance 8. Utility Connections Electrical hookup Water and sewer connection Gas connection (if applicable) HVAC system connection and testing 9. Interior and Exterior Finishing Complete drywall, tape, and texture at marriage line Install trim and finish carpentry Install skirting Seal exterior penetrations Install steps, decks, or porches (if included) 10. Final Inspection and Turnover Coordinate inspections (ADOH and local jurisdiction) Ensure full compliance with HUD standards Final walkthrough with customer Deliver move in ready home
