This summer cabin in Fairplay, Co. needed some love! The shingles were past the end of their expected life and the gutters had taken a beating from the heavy snow and surrounding foliage over the years. We were also required to complete additional work because the roof system was out of code compliance. We made sure the project met all the adopted code requirements for Park County, including ice and water shield over the entire roof surface. And we had a great time seeing the transformation, even though the owner was in another state.
