Architectural Shingle Roof Replacement with New Skylights in Woodstock

We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Woodstock, Georgia, starting with a comprehensive tear-off of the old shingled surface. Upon inspection, we identified and repaired several areas of significant wood rot, replacing damaged OSB decking to ensure a structurally sound foundation. We then installed a new architectural asphalt shingle system across the entire residence. The project featured the installation of two new rectangular skylights with updated flashing to provide natural interior lighting while maintaining a watertight seal. We also replaced the plumbing vent boots and installed a black ridge vent system to optimize attic ventilation. To finish the exterior, we mounted new white aluminum gutters and downspouts to improve water management around the property.
