We completed a full residential roof replacement on this single-story brick home in Owens Cross Roads, fully covered by insurance. Our team conducted a thorough inspection to identify compromised shingles and exposed underlayment before stripping the old materials down to the roof deck. We performed necessary deck repairs and installed a high-performance synthetic underlayment to provide a superior moisture barrier for the structure.
