We performed a detailed roof inspection for a single-story brick residence in Maple Hill, North Carolina. Our team examined the entire dark gray asphalt shingle surface to evaluate the condition of the roofing system and its various components. We identified and documented specific issues such as rusted metal flashing at the chimney base and deterioration around plumbing vents. Using chalk markings and digital documentation, we mapped out areas of concern to create an accurate report on the roof's current integrity. This assessment provided the homeowner with a clear understanding of required maintenance and the current state of their home's exterior protection.
