We were passing by this one on the way to a appointment and knocked the door! Just a simple - hey did you know. Well they thought they only had missing shingles, we pointed out the underlayment was torn too. Owner says - we are going to call the insurance company and file a claim to have it fixed! That is when we jumped into action - not to bill insurance, to stop the claim from happening! A few hundred dollars later - no recorded claim on this 7 year old roof and a happy customer!
