We completed a full roof replacement and structural repair for this New Bern residence after a large tree limb fell onto the home. Our crew began by removing the debris and assessing the damage to the roof deck, where we identified multiple punctures and structural truss issues. We also addressed interior leaks that had caused water staining on the ceilings and repaired a damaged wooden privacy fence on the property. To ensure a long-lasting and weather-tight seal, we replaced the damaged OSB sheathing and installed CertainTeed RoofRunner synthetic underlayment. We then applied new architectural asphalt shingles and replaced all plumbing vent boots and flashing to provide superior protection against the elements. This project restored the home’s safety and visual appeal while preventing further water intrusion.
