We completed a roof replacement pre site inspection on this multi-story coastal home in North Topsail Beach. Our team focused on securing the structure with materials capable of withstanding high-wind coastal conditions and salt air. We are going with a roofing system designed for low slopes in Coastal areas. This installation will ensure long-term protection for the elevated residence while seamlessly complementing the teal exterior siding and existing wooden deck structures.
