Wind knocked three tabs loose on this one — only four years old. We gave the owners the straight story: yes, the roof needs to be replaced eventually, but now isn't the time. Too new for the carrier to bite. We got them patched up and had an honest conversation about the long game — come back in a couple years and put a proper long term roofing system on it. No reason to push something that doesn't make sense right now.
