False alarm on this one — tenants found a loose shingle in the yard and got worried it had come off their roof. We went out, did a thorough visual inspection, and determined it wasn't from their roof at all. Good news all around. That's what we're here for though — peace of mind is worth the trip. No damage, no problem.
