Atlanta, GA Trex Deck Build, Under-Decking, and Framed-In Walls

For this Atlanta, GA home, we built a new deck with a framed-in porch below. We used Trex Enhance Natural Series decking products in the color Honey Grove for the deck. The railing was installed using pressure treated pine and Wild Hog Black Mesh Panels. Underneath the deck structure and landing, we installed a Trex Rain Escape under-deck drainage system and James Hardie Beaded Porch Panel Ceiling (for just the landing). For the framed-in wall portion beneath the main section of the deck, we installed a Therma-Tru door, 3 Andersen windows, and James Hardie lap siding. We also installed a new Therma-Tru fiberglass door for entry from the new framed-in portion to the interior of the home. Lastly, we painted the exterior of the framed walls, the door frames and trims, and on the front of the deck we installed new K-Style Aluminum gutters.
