Covered Porch and Deck Build using Deckorators Venture Series Decking and Trex Select Aluminum Railing

For this Alpharetta, GA home, we completed a few exterior services. Last year, we replaced areas of rotted wood and the chimney cap, and also painted the home. This year, we completed a deck and covered porch build. This project included rebuilding the backyard deck with Deckorators Venture Series Decking products in the color: Saltwater, as well as installing Trex Select Aluminum Railing in black. We also installed square balusters in the railing. For the covered porch, we used standard SPF WhiteWood for portions of the framing, as well as Hardie Trim and Hardie Panel for the soffit and fascia. The ceiling has Hardie 4x8 Beaded Porch Paneling, and on the rake ends of the porch, we installed Hardie Plank lap siding. Lastly, we installed GAF Architectural shingles, new aluminum gutters, and electrical on the porch.
