Full James Hardie Siding Replacement and Trex Deck Resurface in the Saddle Color

In Alpharetta, we completed a full siding replacement, deck resurface, and exterior painting. For the full siding replacement, we used James Hardie lap siding. We also installed new corner boards, which we completed with Hardie Trim. There were areas of rotted wood we also replaced on the fascia, brickmould, a few window sill noses, and on the garage door frame. On the back of the home, we installed a new Therma-Tru door. We then painted the exterior two new coats of Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint. For the deck project, we used Trex Enhance Basic Series in the color Saddle. We resurfaced the old deck flooring and stairs, and installed Trex Enhance Steel railing. The new railing includes black square balusters and a cocktail top cap with the Trex Saddle color to match the boards.
