In Atlanta, GA, on this home we built a new deck with pressure treated pine. This included new steps, risers, concrete footers, and a concrete pad at the bottom of the steps. We also installed new railing with a KDAT pressure treated pine top cap and KDAT pressure treated wood balusters.
