This project involved a full transformation of the Hall upstairs bathroom and the downstairs half bath, replacing outdated fixtures with durable, modern Delta finishes designed for long term performance and easy maintenance. The existing tub, tile surround, plumbing trim, valve, and backer board were removed down to the studs, allowing the shower space to be properly rebuilt with flat, secure, water resistant surfaces. A new solid surface shower system from The Onyx Collection was installed, including a 60 x 32 gloss white shower base with a right hand drain and solid surface wall panels in a subway pattern to approximately 84 inches high. The shower was finished with a Delta Trinsic valve and trim with a handheld and showerhead combination, a tall corner caddy for storage, a sliding glass enclosure with clear tempered glass and matte black trim, and upgraded lighting with two new recessed LED fixtures. In the Upstairs Hall bathroom vanity area, the existing vanity top and sheet mirror were removed. A new Onyx Collection solid surface double vanity top was installed with white wave style bowls, new pop up drains, and coordinated splashes, while the customer’s existing faucets and newly supplied lighting and framed mirrors were installed. The wall behind the former mirror was textured and painted to blend seamlessly with the rest of the space. The downstairs half bath was updated by removing the pedestal sink and installing a custom vanity cabinet with integrated storage, topped with an Onyx Collection solid surface vanity top and paired with a Delta Trinsic single hole faucet in matte black. The result is a cohesive, modern update across both bathrooms that improves functionality, durability, and overall appearance.
