NCS completed boiler replacement work to address two failing boilers: one with a cracked heat exchanger and another with a plugged heat exchanger. The project involved removing and recycling the existing equipment and installing new Peerless GM08 boilers to restore reliable heating system operation. The work included draining the boiler header to accommodate new boiler connections, installing the necessary piping, and completing electrical connections and safety control upgrades. Code-required low-water cutoff controls with manual reset, high-limit controls with manual reset, and an emergency stop interlock were incorporated to support safe system operation. Following installation, NCS completed startup procedures and coordinated the required state permitting and inspection process.
