We completed the installation of new soffit, fascia, and gutter system for a commercial building in Andover. Our team fitted the timber-framed porch and roofline with durable metal fascia and vented soffit panels to ensure proper airflow and a clean exterior finish. We integrated high-capacity black gutters with specialized jumbo downspouts and overflow scuppers to manage heavy water runoff effectively. These additions complement the structure's existing masonry and stone veneer facade while providing reliable moisture protection.
