Removed the existing 5-ton Lennox system due to age, refrigerant leakage, and improper equipment sizing. Installed a properly sized 3-ton high-efficiency Trane XV fully modulating 20-SEER inverter heat pump system with fully modulating zoning for precise temperature control and enhanced comfort. The installation also included an Aprilaire whole-home filtration system and an Aprilaire steam humidifier to improve indoor air quality. The outdoor condenser was set on a newly poured concrete pad.
