We performed a comprehensive gutter cleaning and drainage inspection for this Caldwell residence to ensure proper water management. Our team removed significant accumulations of pine needles, dried leaves, and organic debris that had heavily congested the trough system. We used ladders to access the multi-level rooflines and thoroughly cleared all white aluminum gutters and downspout outlets. After removing the debris, we flushed the system with water to verify clear flow and identified specific drainage issues, such as missing adapters at the downspout-to-PVC transitions. We also inspected the connections near the foundation and elevated decks to prevent water intrusion. This maintenance service restored the functional integrity of the home's water diversion system and protected the landscaping and foundation from potential overflow damage.
