This project included low-pressure cleaning of the rear brick patio and knee wall using professional cleaning solutions and algaecides to remove dirt, algae, and organic buildup while protecting the brick surface. The bluestone patio and BBQ area were pressure washed and treated with two applications of algaecide to address heavy organic staining, with pressure and water temperature carefully controlled to preserve the natural stone. The project was completed with spot re-sanding of paver joints using polymeric sand to restore joint stability, reduce erosion, and help prevent future weed growth.
