This project included a complete sweeping and deep cleaning of the enclosed parking garage, including hand cleaning of corners, wall edges, and hard-to-reach areas using a ride-on sweeper with dust filtration. The concrete garage floors were pressure washed using heated water and surface cleaners to remove dirt, debris, and buildup while carefully controlling pressure and temperature to protect the existing concrete surfaces. All collected debris and wash water were properly managed and disposed of in accordance with facility requirements, leaving the parking garage cleaner, safer, and better maintained.
