The kids club scope included LVP flooring installation, custom wainscoting with trim details, and painting of cubbies and cabinets. The recovery area renovation included extensive demolition, framing, drywall installation and finishing, construction of new red light rooms, birch screen wall installation with stain and matte polyurethane finish, new entrance modifications, ceiling repairs, and complete painting throughout. The racquetball renovation included removal of existing glass doors, wall modifications, drywall finishing, painting, and installation of decorative chair rail and mirror trim details.
