Recovery room including demolition of five offices, existing bathroom, walls, doors, and frames. Scope included construction of knee walls and a custom birch screen wall with matte polyurethane finish, installation of slat walls, chair rail, and accent wall features, along with framing, drywall installation and finishing, bulkhead construction, red light room build-out with plywood backing, lighting installation, and complete painting throughout. The project also included LVP and rubber flooring installation in selected gym areas, as well as a front desk renovation featuring updated counters with LVP and tile finishes on the back side.
