We have been working hard to complete this extensive interior and exterior remodel in Vienna. Our team managed a full basement refinishing project including structural repairs, while simultaneously replacing an aging deck with a modern, durable structure. The scope included everything from metal stud framing and insulation to the final installation of hardwood flooring and structural deck framing. We utilized moisture-resistant green drywall and kraft-faced insulation for the basement interior, finishing the space with polished light-colored hardwood floors. Outside, we constructed a new deck using pressure-treated lumber, protective joist tape, and gray composite decking for long-term weather resistance. The project was rounded out with an update to the four-panel front door and entryway accents to enhance the home's overall function and value.
