We completed a comprehensive insulation upgrade for this home. Our team focused on sealing the building envelope by removing old, ineffective fiberglass batts and preparing the attic and basement for a superior solution. We applied closed-cell spray foam to the attic rafters, gable ends, and the basement rim joists to eliminate drafts and improve temperature regulation. We used Heatlok HFO High Lift closed-cell spray foam to provide both a high R-value and a seamless air barrier. This retrofit significantly increases the home's energy efficiency, creating a more comfortable living space and protecting the structure from moisture.
