We completed an attic retrofit and energy efficiency upgrade to improve the home's thermal performance. Our team applied spray foam insulation to the underside of the roof deck, rafters, and knee walls to create a continuous air barrier. We utilized closed-cell spray foam to ensure maximum coverage around electrical boxes and plumbing fixtures. To verify our work, we performed pressure testing using digital gauges to ensure the new building envelope met high standards for airtightness. The result is a fully insulated, climate-controlled attic space that provides both additional living area and long-term energy savings for the property.
