We completed a comprehensive HVAC installation for this multi-unit new construction project in Newport. Our team managed the full system layout, from setting vertical air handlers in dedicated enclosures to routing complex ductwork through metal-framed ceilings. We focused on precise integration with the building's structural steel and metal stud framing to ensure all mechanical systems were perfectly concealed. We installed high-efficiency air handlers connected via insulated copper refrigerant lines and PVC condensate drainage systems. The project included the placement of multiple outdoor condenser units on the flat rooftop, secured behind privacy lattice to maintain the building's aesthetic. All ducting was carefully sealed and insulated to ensure optimal airflow and climate control for the finished residential spaces.
