We completed a multi-zone ductless heating and cooling installation for this home in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. Our team installed several indoor wall-mounted air handling units across the living spaces and bedrooms to provide customized climate control throughout the residence. The project included integrating the new system into the existing electrical panel and mounting a high-efficiency outdoor condenser. For the exterior, we mounted a Bryant heat pump on a raised metal stand with a stable gravel foundation to ensure proper drainage and airflow. We utilized durable white PVC conduits to protect the refrigerant line sets, running them along the weathered cedar shingle siding. This upgrade offers an energy-efficient alternative to traditional HVAC, delivering quiet and reliable comfort in every room.
