We completed a comprehensive multi-zone ductless heating and cooling installation for this multi-story residence in Newport. Our team integrated a variety of indoor units to provide year-round comfort across the home, including the living spaces, bedrooms, and a basement gym. The project also included a full electrical service upgrade with a new Eaton 200A panel to support the high-efficiency equipment. We installed several Mitsubishi ductless components, featuring wall-mounted heads, floor-mounted consoles, and recessed ceiling cassettes that integrate with the home's coffered ceilings. The system is powered by high-performance exterior condensers and managed through a network of branch boxes and flexible ventilation in the attic. This upgrade provides the home with precision zoning and reliable climate control throughout all seasons.
