We completed a comprehensive HVAC system installation for this flagship retail location in Newport, RI. Our team integrated a combination of ductless mini-split units and a centralized ducted network to provide reliable climate control across the multi-level showroom and storage areas. We performed all necessary structural mounting, including securing exterior condensers to the building's facade and routing insulated lines through the crawlspace. To ensure the system complemented the store’s aesthetic, we installed vertical galvanized spiral ductwork and decorative metal floor registers that blend with the hardwood flooring and retail displays. We utilized high-efficiency Fujitsu and LG heat pump equipment, featuring wall-mounted indoor units and smart thermostats for precise temperature management. This project delivers a high-performance cooling and heating solution that maintains the comfort and character of the commercial space.
