We completed a comprehensive commerial HVAC system upgrade in South Kingstown to replace outdated single stage 10 Seer AC . Our team removed aging Singer air handlers and R-22 condensers, replacing them with a high-performance Bryant Evolution furnace and heat pump system. This transition required careful coordination between interior mechanical work and exterior unit placement to ensure maximum efficiency and performance. Throughout the project, we fabricated custom galvanized steel ductwork transitions and installed new line set covers to protect the system and match the building's wood siding. We also updated the electrical service panel with dedicated breakers for the new equipment and verified the system's integrity using digital vacuum gauges. The final result is a streamlined, high efficiency heating and cooling system designed for superior year-round comfort and energy savings.
