Repair and finish kitchen and bathroom ceiling drywall, including patching cracks, holes, and surface imperfections. Apply knockdown, orange peel, or sand texture as specified, followed by primer and one coat of Sherwin-Williams CHB Ultra Flat ceiling paint. Scope also includes installing new 1/2" drywall where needed, taping, mudding, sanding, texturing, and final cleanup.
