We completed a comprehensive exterior renovation for this single-story residential home in Milwaukee. Our team installed new horizontal lap siding on the main levels and transitioned to vertical board and batten siding on the gables to create visual interest. We also integrated a stone veneer base and accents on both the primary residence and the detached garage to enhance the overall curb appeal. Beyond the siding, we poured a new concrete driveway, a curved front walkway, and a spacious rear patio area. The project included the installation of white-framed windows and decorative dark brown rafter tails to complement the updated facade. These improvements provided a clean aesthetic while significantly enhancing the durability of the home’s exterior surfaces.
