We secured and stabilized this commercial storefront in Sebring by boarding the lower window sections with protective plywood. Our team assessed the existing recessed windows and wood trim to prepare the building envelope for future restoration work. We focused on protecting the glass and securing the property while maintaining the building's exterior integrity. We worked around the dark brown brick masonry and white painted frames to install the structural panels. By securing these openings, we addressed immediate safety concerns and prevented further environmental exposure to the storefront. This work provided a necessary baseline for the property's ongoing maintenance and renovation efforts.
