Complete pool deck transformation featuring the removal of existing pavers, coping, and drainage system, followed by the installation of a brand-new hardscape. This renovation includes approximately 1,110 sq ft of premium natural stone pavers in Vanilla Shadow Leather, along with new custom pool coping (including double-sided spa coping) for a refined, elevated finish. A new deck drainage system was installed to improve functionality and longevity, while the base was rebuilt using compacted lime rock and leveling sand for maximum durability. The pool’s waterline tile was upgraded with Sanibel Blue Mix Glass (SBL-1222), adding a vibrant, modern contrast to the natural stone tones. Additional scope included removal and reinstallation of the pool cage bottom rail to allow for a seamless paver extension to the edge, ensuring a clean, continuous look throughout the space.
