Pool Deck Renovation | Pool Coping | Waterline Tile | Bonita National Golf & Country Club
This project involved a full renovation of the existing pool deck, along with enhancements to the pool structure and enclosure. All existing pavers, coping, and deck drainage were carefully removed and disposed of to prepare for a complete upgrade. A new compacted base using limerock was installed, followed by leveling sand to ensure a stable and long-lasting foundation. The pool deck was then resurfaced with approximately 1,110 square feet of pavers in Vanilla Shadow, creating a soft, neutral palette that reflects a clean, beige minimalist design. New coping was installed along approximately 68 linear feet of the pool, along with 22 linear feet of custom double-sided coping for the spa, providing a refined and seamless edge detail. The drainage system was upgraded with approximately 50 linear feet of new deck drain to improve water management while maintaining a streamlined appearance. The pool’s visual appeal was further enhanced by removing and replacing the waterline tile across the pool, spa, and raised areas using Stained Glass Ivory Mix, complementing the neutral tones and contributing to a bright, cohesive finish. In addition, pool cage work was completed, including the removal, lifting, and resetting of approximately 94 linear feet of 1x2 bottom rails to ensure proper alignment and structural integrity. The project was finalized with an acid wash, leaving all surfaces clean and refreshed. This project included all labor, materials, preparation, installation, and debris removal, resulting in a fully upgraded outdoor space that blends durability with a modern, minimalist aesthetic.
