Textured Marble Pool Deck - Bonita National Golf & Country Club

This project consisted of a full demolition and replacement of an existing pool deck and surrounding features. All existing pavers, coping, and drainage systems were carefully removed and properly disposed of to allow for a fresh installation. A new compacted base using #131 screening sand was installed across the entire area to ensure long-term stability and performance. The pool deck was then upgraded with approximately 1,510 square feet of natural stone pavers (Diana Royal), providing a timeless and durable finish. New bullnose coping (12” x 24”) was installed along approximately 67 linear feet of the pool and 22 linear feet of the spa, creating a clean, finished edge. The drainage system was also upgraded with approximately 70 linear feet of a concealed “ghost” deco drain, designed to maintain proper water flow while preserving a seamless appearance. Additionally, the waterline tile was removed and replaced throughout the pool, spa, and raised areas using PRT-1200 Preston glass tile, enhancing the overall aesthetic with a modern touch. This project included all labor, materials, site preparation, installation, and debris removal, resulting in a fully refreshed and cohesive outdoor space built for both durability and visual appeal.
