We completed a full residential roof replacement for this single-story home in Boise. Our team began by stripping the damaged three-tab shingles and performing a thorough inspection of the roof deck. We identified and replaced multiple sections of compromised plywood and OSB sheathing to ensure a solid, structural foundation for the new installation. To maximize the home's protection, we installed RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment across the entire surface. We then applied high-performance architectural asphalt shingles in a multi-toned brown finish, which significantly upgraded the property’s curb appeal. The project was finished with new ridge caps, plumbing stack flashings, and high-efficiency roof vents to improve long-term attic ventilation and durability.
