We performed a complete residential roof replacement for this single-story home in Star. Our team removed the existing, weathered asphalt shingles down to the plywood and OSB decking to inspect the structural integrity. After preparing the surface, we installed a new high-performance architectural shingle system across the home's multi-gabled roof structure. The project involved the installation of multi-toned architectural shingles, which provide a significant upgrade in durability and wind resistance compared to the previous materials. We integrated new ridge caps, plumbing vent boots, and low-profile ventilation fans to ensure proper airflow and long-term moisture control. This comprehensive replacement restored the roof's weather-tight seal and refreshed the home's exterior aesthetic.
