We completed a full residential roof replacement for this single-story home in Kuna. The project began with a complete tear-off of the aged asphalt shingles, which showed significant wear, granular loss, and exposed fasteners. Once we cleared the deck to the OSB sheathing, we prepared the surface for a complete system upgrade. We installed high-performance synthetic underlayment to provide a superior moisture barrier across the entire roof surface. The final layer consisted of new gray architectural asphalt shingles, paired with new plumbing vent boots and an updated box ventilation system. This comprehensive installation improved the home's weather resistance and provided a clean, uniform finish.
