We performed a complete residential roof replacement for this home in Meridian, Idaho. Our team removed the existing, weathered asphalt shingles and inspected the underlying roof decking for structural integrity, replacing damaged OSB sheathing where necessary. We prepared the deck with high-performance TopShield and Titanium PSU-30 underlayment to ensure long-term moisture protection. For the final layer, we installed new grey architectural asphalt shingles and upgraded the ventilation with StormStop ridge vents. We also replaced the plumbing vent flashings with Oatey no-caulk boots to provide a reliable seal at every roof penetration. The finished project provides the home with a clean appearance and enhanced durability against the elements.
