We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for this single-story home in Nampa to address significant shingle damage and exposed decking. The project began with a full tear-off of the weathered asphalt shingles and the removal of compromised underlying materials. We installed new LP brand OSB sheathing to provide a solid structural foundation before applying high-quality synthetic underlayment for enhanced moisture protection.
