We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Mountain Home, Idaho. Our team stripped the existing materials down to the OSB sheathing to provide a clean and level surface for the new installation. After preparing the deck, we installed RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment to serve as a high-performance moisture barrier across all roof planes. We then laid multi-toned gray and tan architectural asphalt shingles to create a durable, textured finish on the intersecting gables. The project included new ridge caps and the replacement of all plumbing vent stacks to ensure a watertight seal. This comprehensive update provides superior weather protection and a modernized look for the property.
