We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for this single-story home in Boise. Our team removed the existing, weathered asphalt shingles and prepared the roof deck for a complete system upgrade. We specifically addressed areas with previous mismatched repairs and ensured all transitions were properly sealed to protect the structure. We installed high-performance architectural shingles over a durable synthetic underlayment for enhanced moisture protection. The project also included replacing the plumbing vent boots and properly re-flashing the circular tubular skylights to ensure a watertight finish across the entire roof.
