We performed a complete residential roof replacement for this home in Boise to address significant aging and water damage. Our team identified and repaired several critical issues, including rotted plywood decking, water-stained soffits, and rusted plumbing vent flashing. We removed the weathered three-tab shingles and cleared away overhanging tree debris to properly prepare the structural surface for the new installation. To ensure long-term protection, we installed Bigfoot 30 synthetic underlayment followed by new IKO architectural asphalt shingles. The project also included the installation of new ridge vents to improve attic ventilation and the replacement of damaged fascia boards. This comprehensive restoration significantly improved the home's moisture management and overall durability.
