We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for this home in Boise, starting with a full tear-off of the aged and weathered asphalt shingles. After inspecting the attic trusses and framing, we replaced damaged OSB sheathing to ensure a perfectly level and secure roof deck before proceeding with the new installation. This structural preparation was essential for the long-term durability and performance of the roofing system. Our team installed a high-performance synthetic underlayment followed by premium architectural asphalt shingles in a dark grey finish.
