We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for this home in Boise. Our team removed the aged, moss-covered asphalt shingles and identified areas of decayed fascia and compromised roof decking. We stripped the surface down to the rafters to ensure a solid foundation for the new roofing system. We installed new OSB roof decking and applied RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment for superior moisture protection. The project featured high-quality dark grey architectural asphalt shingles and complete replacement of all plumbing vent flashings and chimney seals. These upgrades provided the residence with a durable, weather-tight exterior and improved drainage through corrected downspout transitions.
