We completed a full residential roof replacement for this two-story home in Boise. The project began with a thorough tear-off of the damaged asphalt shingles and a complete inspection of the underlying structure. We replaced compromised OSB sheathing and reinforced the attic ventilation system to ensure long-term performance. We then installed new dark grey architectural asphalt shingles, carefully sealing all valleys and flashing points. Our crew also updated the plumbing vent boots and installed new ridge vents to optimize airflow throughout the attic. The finished roof provides a durable, weather-tight barrier that refreshes the home's exterior aesthetic.
