We completed a full residential roof replacement for this single-story home in Caldwell, Idaho. The project began with a thorough inspection of the attic and structural rafters followed by a complete tear-off of the existing roofing materials. We installed new OSB sheathing across the roof deck to provide a stable and level surface for the new roofing system. To ensure long-term protection, we applied RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment and high-quality dark grey architectural asphalt shingles. We also replaced all plumbing vent boots, flashings, and ventilation caps to improve the home's overall weather resistance.
